Appearance: Cherry red, more or less intense, lively and bright.
Nose: Delicately vinous and fruity, with notes of small red berries, raspberries, redcurrants, and red flower petals.
Palate: Fresh, savoury, round, and harmonious, with a subtle bitter note.
Recommended Glass: Large balloon glass.
Serving Temperature: 13–14°C.
Food Pairings: Ideal with appetizers, soups, and main courses based on white meats or fish. Perfect with brodetto, the traditional fish soup from the Vasto area.
